Based on your Eircode and a few other bits of information from you, we will send you a free initial quote and design proposal. Using satellite imagery of your house, we can generate a pretty accurate design including price, electricity production forecasts, what grant you might get and how long it will take for your PV system to pay for itself. All we need from you is this quick and easy form.
The next step is for one of our engineers to come and view your property. They will discuss everything with you in detail, and will inspect everything from your roof to your electrics. Based on this, we may make some improvements to your design to make sure it fits your exact needs.
Within a day or two, we will send you a full system design proposal along with a finalised quote. Your solar engineer will follow up to go through everything with you and answer any questions you may have.
Next, it's time to submit your SEAI grant application. Of course, we'll guide you through the whole process. We'll also inform ESB Networks (Electricity Supply Board) that your house is getting solar panels installed.
The day has come. Our installation team will attend and install your solar PV equipment on the roof. Then our electricians will install the electrical equipment inside your house. It normally takes 1-2 days altogether.

It's true. Ireland actually has an ideal climate for solar electricity generation. That's because PV technologies use light, not heat. For example, in Sub-Saharan Africa, solar panels degrade more quickly because of the extreme heat. Ireland has lots of light, but not too much heat. Perfect.

For a 4kWp system fully installed the system will cost in the region of approximately €6,400 and €8,000 ex vat. A single kWp will give an estimated saving of around €254 per year, this results in an estimated saving of €760 per year for a 4kWp system, assuming a utilisation rate of 75% of energy generated.
The panels and the mounting equipment will last 25 years or more with the solar inverter likely needing to be replaced in this time frame. The return on investment comes in the form of significantly reduced electricity bills. Each kWh generated and consumed on-site from the solar PV system is worth approx. c.0.30 (Estimated unit rate of electricity)
Over the 25 year lifespan of the system, one kWp will generate roughly 750-900kWh per year. That is around 20,000kWh over the lifetime of the system which works out at a cost of 0.7c per kWh of solar generated.
